TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Classes: All classes are to be paid at the start of each week
Personal Training: Payment is required upfront
Payments Options: Cash or EFT
Cancellations: 24 hours prior to your class must be given. Failing to do so will result in full payment
PERSONAL TRAINING
1:1 or 2:1 private training with Rosy for 45 minutes
All clients receive a structural analysis to individualise a specific program.
Rosy strongly believes to change your shape and get toned there is no better way than weight training.

With more than two decades of experience in the fitness industry and a history of over 30 years dedicated to gym activities, Rosy is well-equipped to assist you in reaching your fitness objectives. Her personal experience in bodybuilding has reinforced her belief in the vital importance of maintaining both mental and physical strength and vitality on a daily basis.
Through Rosy’s personal training and group fitness sessions, she can guide you towards a more joyful and health-conscious way of life.
