Rosy’s PT and Group Training classes are quick efficient and fat burning that requires only 45 mins of your time.
Using light weights to begin with, we then progress to heavier weights, with 30 sec bursts of cardio. To really lift that heart rate and burn fat while building muscle.
Rosy’s PT and Group Training classes always change from class to class so you are always getting an all over body workout, so you’ll never get bored with the same exercises.
Clients are loving the mix and are really noticing results, especially attending 3-4 classes a week.
UNLIMITED CLASSES $30 p/w
PERSONAL TRAINING $50 / 45 mins.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Classes: All classes are to be paid at the start of each week. If more than one class is booked on the booking sheet payment is $30 for the week
PT and Class Packages: Payment is required upfront
Payments Options: Cash or EFT
Cancellations: 24 hours prior to your class must be given. Failing to do so will result in payment

This is based on a one on one session.
All clients receive a structural analysis to individualise a specific program.
I strongly believe to change your shape and get toned there is no other way than weight training, with a combination of cardio.
